What is Mongolian BBQ?
Mongolian BBQ
Centuries ago in the Province of Mongolia, the Mighty Khan's hunting parties and warriors would prepare slivers of meat cut with the sword edge, together with a special combination of vegetables, incense, spices and sauces and grill their meals on upturned shields.

The Kublai Khan and his feared warriors would sit up in an elevated position sharing a communal meal grilled on a circular hot griddle. It is with these ancient traditions in mind that we bring you one of the worlds least known but most original eating experiences...The Mongolian Barbeque!

How it Works...
You're in for a special treat when you visit our Mongolian BBQ Bar! This is where you are invited to create your own exciting combination of meat, vegetables, and sauces.
  1. Take a large bowl at the beginning of the bar
  2. Fill the bowl 1/3 full of chicken, pork, and beef (seafood available at an additional charge)
  3. Next, select as many fresh cut vegetables and noodles as you'd like until your bowl is "brimming".
  4. Secret Sauces
    1. Mongolian - A mild sauce with soy.
    2. Chef's Barbeque - A mild sauce with herbs and spices.
    3. Szechuan - A hot and spicy sauce (on the heavy side).
    4. Hunan - A hot and spicy sauce (on the light side).
    5. Sweet & Sour - A traditional sauce.
    6. Polynesian - A mild blend of herbs and spices from the islands.
Choose 3-4 ladles of our Secret Sauces and then enhance your dish with:
    1. 1 ladle of ginger
    2. 1 ladle of wine
    3. 1/2 ladle of sesame oil
    4. 1 ladle of garlic
  5. Present your "creation" to our Chef, and watch while he skillfully grills and steams your selections to perfection, right in front of you
  6. After your meal is cooked you may garnish your creation with pineapple, peanuts, sesame seeds, and hot chili.
